This included our current provider (Research Professional) and the two new providers (Idox - Grant Finder and FCS Associates). Services offered were assessed by a group comprised of from RIS and the academic community (~8 representatives). Research Professional is offering a vastly enhanced service to that which we currently subscribe that will benefit our research community in line with our KPI to increase research income.
