This will require highly specialist community engagement, as well as staff trained in delivering NHS Health Checks. In order to help inform our specification, the Council have drafted a survey which takes 5-10 mins to complete. Your responses will not be scored as this is an information gathering exercise to understand the market's views on the development of a local model, and the capacity of the market to deliver these services. The survey can be found here: [surveymonkey.co.uk](https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/NHSHealthChecksPre-Market) The deadline for responses is midday Friday 2nd September 2022. ## CPV classification Provision of services to the community Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/d1dcf5f7-9ef7-4f55-b6e4-9c38e3c1c292) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
