A recent inspection of the High ropes, has identified a number of defects where remedial work is required to ensure the facility is fully compliant with current regulations and safe for public use when opened. ### Term of Contract The contract period is estimated to be 3 weeks commencing 14 March to April 2022 The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit [in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc](https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc) to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal.
