The works include reconfiguring of office and teaching accommodation within mixed use floors, to create teaching classrooms and specialist spaces for fashion and design. The works are to take place whilst the building is fully operational with both staff, students and external hire guests making use of the building throughout the programme as well as other small works contractors undertaking business-as-usual maintenance and works. It is therefore imperative that the works are completed in a sympathetic manner.
