These applications now sit within Oracle cloud which locally is referred to as the Council's One Source system, emphasising the fully integrated aspect of the system now in operation. Since going live in June 2020 a contract with a system support provider has been in place. This contract is due to end on 31st August 2022 and the Council is therefore undertaking a tender to ensure a new contract is in place.
