The wall has an average height of 0.88m and is 56m long and is comprised of mortared brickwork. The reconstruction works briefly comprise: • Demolish existing brickwork wall and its foundation. • Construct new brickwork retaining wall including new foundation strip. • Cast no fine mass concrete at the back of new brickwork retaining wall. • Install drainage channel, geotextile mat and final layer of topsoil. • Make good footway in front of new wall.
