This Tender is a Zero Value Framework with no contractual commitment by LLAOL. The framework value will vary. It is our intention to award this framework contract agreement to one successful contractor for the life of the agreement, subject to satisfactory performance. The successful contractor will be chosen based on a bid that achieves the highest overall evaluation score.
