The supplier has delivered the following: Maintain the ability to convene and Chair Ambulance Policy Advisory and Assurance Group (APAAG) meetings if and when required by NHSE/I. Support the work of the Clinical Coding Group and ECPAG and also provided general support to work around coding issues as required. Technical and operational surveillance of ambulance call taking. Triage and ITK systems providing an early identification of risks and issues to NHSE/I together with potential solutions. Liaison with BT and ambulance trusts/NHSE/I during periods of extreme 999 demand. Support to maintain interoperability between ambulance control rooms.
