Staffed by nurses and midwives currently working in the NHS and from the same countries whose nurses/midwives they support, these organisations: Provide advice, support and signposting to nurses and midwives arriving and working in England. Use a range of methods to seek feedback and intelligence from nurses/midwives on the barriers and challenges they face integrating into and working in the NHS in England. Represent the interests of frontline staff to the national NHSE international nurse recruitment programme.
