This Expression of Interest is being issued in line with the "Procurement Policy Note - Reserving Below Threshold Procurements". As such, only providers who meet the following criteria will be invited to bid for the contract: - Supplier Location (Bristol, BS1 - BS16) - Where the supplier is based or established in a particular location and has substantive business operations in that location.
