The contract will be inclusive of promotion and recruitment of businesses, residents, and shoppers to use the e-cargo bike service. Managing all health & safety and appropriate Insurance. Project Management/Marketing/business engagement. Data Records, Monitoring, Reporting and Evaluation. The contractor will be required to deliver the following outputs: - To recruit a minimum of 20 Businesses to use e-cargo bike scheme in the first year. - To recruit a minimum of 25 residents and shoppers to use the e-cargo bike scheme in the first year.
