This review will support the embedment and benefit realisation of our P3O model optimisation and the ongoing embedment of IPC (Integrated Project Controls) with greater clarity of roles and responsibilities across the project team, supply chain and supporting functions. Using a developed and structured continuous improvement framework; our 'Define' phase has surfaced vast complexities, detail and contrasting views on problems and pain points during the Month End process. Our next phases will seek to gain further clarity on these to verify, prioritise and weight the pain points/problems in order to inform a confident improvement implementation plan streamlining the process.
