This procurement is being undertaken by Sandwell Children's Trust ("the Trust") in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The services being procured fall under Schedule 3 of the regulations and are subject to the light touch regime. The following organisations will be able to call-off against the framework contract and are referenced in the OJEU Notice: Birmingham Children's Trust, Coventry City Council, Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council, Herefordshire Council, Sandwell Children's Trust, Shropshire County Council, Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council, Staffordshire County Council, Stoke-On-Trent City Council, Borough of Telford & Wrekin , Walsall Council, Warwickshire County Council, Wolverhampton City Council and Worcestershire Children First. The estimated annual contract value is £133m.
