The Council are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor with appropriate knowledge to build the apartments which are to be to the Passivhaus Plus standard. The Works are to be procured under the JCT Intermediate Building Contract with Contractor's Design, 2016 Edition (ICD 2016) using an open tender procurement process.
