SWT now wants to identify a partner Energy Company to help deliver its ambitions through ECO4 funded interventions over the next four years. This will involve developing an across-tenure programme of installing energy efficiency measures which cut fuel poverty and reduce carbon footprints through Energy Company Obligations (ECO4). SWT is issuing this call for Expressions of Interest from all potential Energy Company Partners to make proposals for working with SWT under their Energy Company Obligation scheme.
