[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender Thanet District Council wishes to select and appoint a suitable supplier for the provision of a condition report, following inspection of RoRo Berths #2, #3 and their associated Mooring Spine and invites prospective suppliers to submit a quotation to meet the Employer's requirements. RoRo berths #2 (a single deck floating pontoon) and #3 (a double deck floating pontoon) are separated by a mooring spine which services both berths. Berth #2 is presently in service, however berth #3 is presently not in use. It is intended that the output from the condition report will be utilised to inform a scope of works to keep #2 berth in regular service and to return #3 to a serviceable condition. The Contract is anticipated to commence upon 1 April 2022, or sooner if practicable, for a duration of 6 weeks. The procurement process will be undertaken on the basis of formal quotations. Evaluation will be on the basis of criteria and methodology as set out in the Invitation to Quote document.
