It is an enterprise agreement for desktop mailing within the council and the license covers anyone to use it without any additional cost. It is now a key part of the offering to the Council which allow people to work from home and is used extensively throughout the Council. The software interfaces with the Quadient OMS-500 system which validates, sorts and barcodes the output to allow fulfilment of the mail item.
