This DPS is intended to be used over the next four years, which may be extended for three further two year periods at the sole discretion of the Council, (to a maximum of ten years). In addition, suppliers may also be appointed for Works of a similar nature to domestic and commercial / industrial premises, which could include refurbishment/conversions, and construction.
