Ensure that our academic leaders have the confidence, skills and knowledge to lead their Schools through the growth and change of the next few years and beyond; iii. Support our academic leaders with an individualised offer, which will meet their own particular needs and will be geared around their own previous experience; iv. Ensure that the leadership of our academic Schools reflects our culture and values. - Important Elements The following are identified as being important, either as content, or in terms of structure of any programme: - Some analysis/diagnostic of skills and confidence in certain leadership areas ii. Having access to a coach or mentor iii. Having an individualised Development Plan and being supported to ensure it is completed iv.
