[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender The Association of North East Councils Limited Trading As the North East ProcurementOrganisation (NEPO) seeks to establish a multi-Supplier, multi-Lot Framework Agreement to provide Support Services for the Development of the Built Environment. The resulting solution will facilitate the provision of skilled expertise & resources to assist Contracting Authorities in circumstances where they deem appropriate. These circumstances may include managing peaks in workload, occasions where the required skills are not available in-house, demonstration of best value, facilitating benchmarking, driving service improvement, additional innovation and efficiencies. It is NEPO's intention that the Framework Agreement will provide a compliant route to market for Contracting Authorities to appoint consultants for construction, civil engineering, highways and transportation.
