[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender To provide the Authority with services as detailed in the specification and as outlined below: ### Fire Services: (Including but not limited to) The Contractor will provide a service to repair, service and maintain the fire infrastructure of the sites including as and when requested: • Fire/Smoke detection systems. • Fire suppression systems. • Fire alarms. • Fire extinguishers. ### Security Services: (Including but not limited to) The Contractor will provide a service to repair, service and maintain the security infrastructure of the sites including as and when requested: • Intruder alarms. • CCTV. • Panic alarms. • Access control. To provide the following electrical maintenance skills and services to cover the following 3 main areas: - Reactive Maintenance Services - To provide a 24/7 year-round reactive maintenance service to the sites as listed at Appendix A, including an emergency two hour response time to attend to building fire and security defects.
