This Prior Information Notice ("PIN") is intended to gauge the interest of potential suppliers and request information from the market prior to commencing a procurement process. The OU is looking to establish a multi provider flexible framework that enables the OU to buy in specialist expertise and capability for project, programme and change management services on a call-off basis at pre-agreed rates.
