This tender is to procure a Contractor to carry out the the install of new road surfacing including the kerbing and tuning head to enable Zurich to access their new headquarter building. The improvements to Kimmerfields will help achieve the Council's priority to: improve infrastructure and housing to support a growing, low-carbon economy, offer that lead to the right jobs in the right places. It is proposed that works are to commence onsite in July 2022 The estimated cost of these works is £600k Full details relating to the Works are provided in the tender documents. To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, [supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk](https://www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk), then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents.
