It is anticipated that the work will be split into two phases with the first being recommendations of the approach(es) that could be adopted, and analysis of the readiness of Connected Places Catapult to implement. Subject to the outputs from this Phase, Connected Places Catapult will look to commission a secondary Phase to implement the recommendations made.
