The successful Tenderer will be expected to enter into the College's standard contract / SLA, which is also attached to this notice for information. - Organisations wishing to apply for this opportunity must: - Be an active company with a valid registration number, or with valid evidence of exemption from the registration requirement. - Be registered on the Government's contracts finder as Suppliers. - Have a successful track record of providing and hosting a suitable online platform for the delivery of Level 2 and Level 3 courses, in a volume comparable with the contract value tendered. - Have the capacity to deliver 100% of the contract volume tendered. - Meet any other mandatory criteria specified in the tender documents attached to this notice.
