This is the equipment installed in customer homes to allow them to contact the DCC control room for help and assistance when required. A more substantial direct award contract is anticipated in 2023, in relation to the switch off of the analogue (PSTN) telephone network and the migration to digital, which will require new digitally compliant alarm equipment.
