The Pathway supports rough sleepers, bringing them off the streets as quickly as possible into safe, supported accommodation. Here, they can rebuild their lives and subsequently move into their own tenancy with ongoing tenancy sustainment. This invitation to tender is split into 3 lots: - Lot 1 Accommodation and support for rough sleepers - Lot 2 Supported lettings - Lot 3 Drugs and alcohol support services The services to be procured are classified as contracts for social and other specific services under Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015), more commonly known as the Light Touch Regime.
