The requirements are split into two Lots: - Lot 1 Bulker Services - which means the transporting of waste and recycling materials using the following vehicle types: ï‚· Tractor units to transport up to 44 tonne gross payload; and ï‚· Semi-trailers to transport with tractor unit (combined as an articulated vehicle) up to 44 tonne gross payload. ï‚· Lot 2 - Roll On Roll Off Services (RoRo) - which means the transporting of waste and recycling using the following vehicle types:  Rigid multi axle vehicles for the services to pick up, transport and discharge waste contained within various open top and ISO containers on sled units (i.e. hook lift and RoRo type vehicles).
