Army Headquarters is responsible for overseeing all non-MODNET ICS procurements for the Army. The SPCB, Application Support Team (AST) on behalf of the Service Police are responsible for managing and maintaining the Service Police's IT systems and services. These services are vital to the continuity of uninterrupted military policing capability and operational effectiveness worldwide. SPCB utilises a locally networked onsite document archive server, storage array, and microfiche scanning and upload and deletion tool, collectively known as Replacement Archive Management System (RAMS), provided by DocStor.
