Undertaking a review in the Spring Term of 2022 that reports in early Summer 2022 would enable any recommendations to be considered and changes implemented in time for the 2022/23 academic year. Bidders should note that the focus of this review is governance effectiveness. A separate review of governance compliance is being undertaken by the College's Internal Audit Service and therefore compliance matters are outside the scope of this review.
