Situated to the north of Old Down Park, it is a relatively small building with limited parking. Basingstoke as a town has been expanding and with significant housing development immediately to the south of Old Down Park, the demand on community services in the area is rising and in its existing form, Old Down Hall will not be able to meet the demand of the new residents.
