NHSBSA receives details relating to NHS Advanced and Essential Services outlined in Community Pharmacy Contractual Framework (CPCF) and the Drug Tariff via their Manage Your Service (MYS) portal to reimburse Community Pharmacy Contractors in England. Requirement is for suppliers providing software to pharmacies, to provide data feeds to NHSBSA via APIs from their software. Suppliers will sign-up to facilitate delivery of the Community Pharmacy Consultation Service (CPCS) and Smoking Cessation Service (SCS) ("Services") for those pharmacies that wish to use it. Facilitation will enable the transmission of data from the software to the MYS portal via each Services' API and enable receipt into the software of response data from MYS. Suppliers will be paid a fixed fee (£5,000 ex VAT) for successful development, testing and go-live of APIs when completed in accordance with NHSBSA standards and completion dates. Suppliers will sign-up to a non-negotiable Non-Processor Agreement (NPA) and Development Agreement. Development timescales for Lot 1 CPCS API are: ### Invitation to EoI and Tender: 18/03/2022 ### Deadline for submission of bidder clarifications: 22/03/2022 Deadline for submission of EoI and Tender Response (qualification envelope): 12:00 noon 24/03/2022 NHSBSA issues notice of decision to enter into agreement: 25/03/2022 ### Testing Complete: 27/03/2022 ### Live Service Commencement Date: 01/04/2022 Development timescales for Lot 2 SCS API are: ### Pub of Invitation to EoI and Tender: 18/03/2022 ### Deadline for submission of bidder clarifications: 25/03/2022 Deadline for submission of EoI and Tender Response (qualification envelope): 12:00 noon 30/03/2022 NHSBSA issues notice of decision to enter into agreement: 01/04/2022 ### Testing Complete: 24/04/2022 ### Live Service Commencement Date: 30/06/2022 Suppliers must demonstrate, by completing the qualification envelope (see below re NHSBSA e-tendering solution), that they already have the following capabilities within their systems: Use of an existing MYS API for Advanced Services ### Access to The Personal Demographics Service (PDS) Use of the Directory of Service (DoS) API (applicable to CPCS only) Summary Care Record (SCR) 1-click functionality is preferable, but not essential. They must also complete (in accordance with timescales above): The qualification envelope. NHSBSA assurance Testing. Signed NPA. Successful transmission of a live service message via each API. Successful claim against live service made by Pharmacy.
