Attendee's will be encouraged to look at working collaboratively in order to address the priorities identified in the recent community action plans produced by the Well Doncaster Team. Following on from presentations from key speakers, there will be a World Cafe style opportunity to talk in more detail with the Commissioning Team, Community Wealth Builder team and the Well Doncaster Officers for each locality.
