Opening Up and Locking Up iii. Keyholder and Emergency Call Outs The provision of Security Services for elections and static guarding and/or patrols for empty properties will be required on an ad hoc basis. The duration of the Contract will be for Three years from the agreed Commencement Date of the Service and the Contract Price shall remain fixed for the duration of the contract. Subject to satisfactory performance by the Contractor during the Term, the Authority may wish to extend the Agreement for a further period of up to two years.
