It is envisaged that the initial contract will start on the 1st April 2023 for a period of one year with an option to extend for one year. Wigan will require a continuous supply of Kitchen caddies, equating to approximately 120-130 caddies per week or 6,000-7,000 caddies per annum. The caddies will need to be delivered at least quarterly. The majority of households that require a caddy in Wigan already have one, so they intend to be used for replacements, new requests and new build properties. There are approximately 1,000 new build properties coming on-line per year, but no major caddy roll out is intended.
