The Reference Group will review Board papers; be supported to attend and give feedback at Board meetings; produce summarise and disseminate key messages relating to safeguarding; invite wider feedback from citizens. Advonet will undertake a formal review of progress involving the Citizen Reference Group and Board members at the half-way and end points of this project, and report on this to the Board.
