The study's outcome should be a scoping report discussing the most important areas of the existing skills landscape and identifying emerging themes to be addressed at the next stage of research. Due to existing work underway in these sectors the appointed supplier will need to be agile and resourceful collecting evidence and prepared to collaborate with external stakeholders, sharing data throughout the duration of their contract.
