## About this tender

The formation of new Locker rooms in basement and associated works to basement consisting of removal of existing walls, new waterproof tanking, new walls, decorations, finishes and mechanical and electrical services to the basement. Similar works to staircase to Ground floor and minor works to Ground Floor.
