The system will allow the user to book meeting rooms, visitors, parking bays, hot desk and check availability of all rooms, desk across multiple sites. The contract is for an initial 1 year period with the option to extend for a further 2 years on an annual basis. The total contract value including optional extensions shall not exceed £397,095.00 ex VAT. This contract has been awarded in alignment with the Crown Commercial Services RM1557.11 G Cloud 11 framework. \---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Variation 001 is to utilise the first extension built into the original contract. Variation 002 is to add on additional Resource central & Resource Xpress licenses. Variation 003 is to add on an additional Resource central & Resource Xpress licences.
