A contractor design portion is also required to complete the works. The services are required for Phoenix Primary School where an intrusive investigation has highlighted dilapidations to the building requiring remedial works as outlined in the Appendix 1 Outline Remedial Specification document. The roofing works will form the Contractors design portion of the contract and is to be carried out by a Kingspan approved contractor. The school are to decant into temporary classroom buildings for the duration of the works.
