The study will compromise an interview-based survey of a representative survey of households and by combining this with existing data from a range of secondary sources relating to housing needs, requirements, demand and supply, to provide the Council with a Strategic Housing Market Assessment (SHMA) that fully meets current Government guidance and best practice for such studies. Tenderers are required to set out and cost a proposal based on the approach adopted in the specification, but they are also invited to suggest and cost for alternative approaches where they can demonstrate that this will enhance the value of the study and are invited to cost for further related works where possible. ## CPV classification Market and economic research; polling and statistics Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/b2ef95b7-94ec-43ad-a15f-136049b72824) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
