It also needs to ensure that clinical services across England remain resilient during the winter months and that healthcare waste does not affect healthcare operations. 1.2. Therefore, NHSE/I wishes to appoint a National Contingency Healthcare Waste Coordinator (NCHWC) to support the NHS's management of the Healthcare Waste market's capacity. 1.3.
