Cormac are delivering a modular accommodation scheme on behalf of the Client, Cornwall Council to deliver 15 units for temporary move-on accommodation. The site is intended to be operational for 3 years prior to a redevelopment of the wider site. Cormac are seeking a mechanical and electrical design and build for the whole site.
