Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council on behalf of; Darlington Borough Council, Hartlepool Borough Council, Middlesbrough Council, Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council and Stockton-On-Tees Borough Council wish to commission Independent Fostering Agencies (IFAs) to work in partnership to ensure that there is a high quality and sufficient offer of fostering placements. The councils are seeking to appoint providers in 6 lots. LOT 1 will be a standard placement lot with no minimum or maximum number of providers appointed to it. Lots 2 through 6 are specialist lots, of which only 1 provider will be appointed to each. All providers must qualify for Lot 1 to be considered for the specialist lots.
