The result of this will be better energy efficiency and lower fuel bills for our residents along with better fire security. The addresses form a programme of works which has come from the Data & Planning team following stock condition analysis of PIMMS data. The programme covers 45 properties over a 16-week contract period, for an estimated value of £200,000. This is a one-off programme. The contract will be closely managed with a strong contract administrator and clerk of works holding regular site meetings and measuring KPIs.
