Calderdale has set a target of becoming net zero by 2038, with significant progress by 2030. This target is shared by all other councils in West Yorkshire and by West Yorkshire Combined Authority itself. This work will underpin the Council's climate emergency response, act as a framework for investment decisions, inform planning and policy, and will involve community engagement and collaboration with key stakeholders. The main aim of this work is to establish a fully costed and spatial plan that identifies preferred combination of technological and system changes that can be made to the local energy system and built environment; to decarbonise heat and local transport and, to realise opportunities for local renewable energy production. ## CPV classification Research and development services and related consultancy services Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/21dd97b5-a3f2-4c8c-96e4-414869786818) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
