We require a Senior Legal Assistant who is ideally a Member or Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives or equivalent or newly qualified Solicitor or Barrister, who can provide advice and assistance on all legal matters. Executive or a Newly Qualified Solicitor (with some experience of litigation and/or employment matters) is required. You will be supported by a team of excellent caseworkers and business support officers. The post-holder will be expected to assist the In-House Principal Advocate/Barrister in dealing with Employment matters, with responsibility for preparing witness statements, and disclosure bundles for upcoming Tribunal hearings, drafting settlement agreements, and assisting with Employment cases generally.
