This support and the Data Governance function is a key enabler in supporting the successful delivery of the D Info Data Sub strategy that provide the data to military applications, programmes, business functions and warfighting activities underpinning Programme THEIA; the digital transformation of the Army. The skills, knowledge and experience required to establish a Data Governance function within the Army simply do not currently exist.
