Please provide your most competitive price, a response to the evaluation questions and all other relevant details including lead time and commencement, and quotation validity in schedule 1 of this document. ### Specification/Scope of Services Cornwall Council, working in partnership with Truro Town Council, the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Devon and Cornwall, and Devon, and other local partners; has successfully bid for just over £660,000 from the Safer Streets 4 (SS4) funding through the Home Office. The SS4 programme in Cornwall seeks to address Violence against Women and Girls (VAWG) and Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) incidents in Truro and to improve feelings of safety in public spaces, through a number of different interventions and initiatives across the city.
