An EPC surveyor has been appointed to provide certification and provide recommendations across the portfolio. We require the below services from the quantity surveyor for all properties where upgrades are necessary to provide: -cost advice -produce a costed schedule of works based on the improvement recommendations from an EPC surveyor The requirement is ad-hoc with the likelihood that we will call off as required (probably on a day rate schedule.
